1960's Vintage International Watch Company Ingenieur Atainless Steel with Original Stainless Steel Bracelet and Original Replacement Dial. Triple Signed. Swiss IWC first introduced the 'Ingenieur' Watch in 1955. The 'Ingenieur' was based on a movement designed by an IWC engineer named Albert Pellaton. IWC intended for the 'Ingenieur' to be a more conservative version of their Mark XI Pilot's Watch. The original design of the 'Ingenieur' was elegant and understated. The 'Ingenieur' Watch had a unique design that gave it powerful anti-magnetic properties which help ensure the accuracy of the watch in all conditions.
